We want you to get the most value from Fire Chiefs Online. Here are some tips to help you access Fire Suppression Rating Schedule (FSRS) technical documents and information on community PPC™ surveys.
Tip 1: Access to FSRS technical documents
To access the full text of ISO's FSRS and detailed commentaries on selected sections, click on “PPC Program” from the Fire Chiefs Online home page and select “Fire Suppression Rating Schedule” from the left navigation menu. The commentaries give technical details of the procedures and standards ISO uses in evaluating fire-suppression systems in communities. The information gives you further insight into how ISO develops the Public Protection Classification (PPC™) for a community.
Tip 2: Your community PPC™ survey
To access information to assist communities in preparing a PPC survey, click on “PPC Program” from the Fire Chiefs Online home page and select “Your Community’s PPC Survey” from the left navigation menu. You’ll find detailed explanations of what you can expect when ISO surveys your community. You’ll learn about the process and be able to access pre-survey forms.
